Andrew Hall is a Maryland-based attorney focused on trial work in catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and products liability cases. Since joining the firm in 2013, Andrew has represented individuals and families in complex, high-stakes cases involving serious injury and loss. Andrew’s work has earned recognition throughout the legal community. He has been listed in Super Lawyers since 2026. Before that, he was listed in Super Lawyers Rising Stars as of 2019 and in Best Lawyers Ones to Watch as of 2021. In 2023, Andrew was honored to co-receive the Maryland Association for Justice’s “Trial Lawyer of the Year” Award. Andrew has also spent time as an author and contributor to literature in the law. He was an author and editor on Maryland Tort Damages, published by the Maryland State Bar Association, and has written for the Maryland Association for Justice Trial Reporter.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael D. Mason in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland, gaining firsthand experience with Maryland trial practice and judicial decision-making. Andrew earned his J.D. in 2011 from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law. While a law student, Andrew was a member of the Penn State Family Law Clinic and the Negotiation Moot Court Team. During law school, Andrew clerked for a prominent medical malpractice firm in Rockville. Andrew obtained a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, with a Concentration in Accounting, from Roanoke College in 2007. At Roanoke, Andrew was a four-year, two-sport athlete in soccer and lacrosse, and served as team captain of both teams his senior year.
