Family Wins $14M Medical Malpractice Verdict Over Son’s Botched Surgery
Michael, Wells, and Hall obtained a $14M verdict on behalf of a 1-year-old child and his parents against Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The child was catastrophically brain damaged as a result of medical negligence which occurred during what was to be a routine ear tube placement and adenoid surgery.
